Shipping Tracking Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier to monitor the real – time status of your shipment. We will also send you regular updates on the shipping progress via email.
Returns
Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return if the products you received are damaged, defective, or do not match the description on our website. In case of such issues, please contact our customer service within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
For non – quality – related reasons, such as incorrect sizing due to your own measurement errors, we may consider returns on a case – by – case basis. However, the products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Our customer service will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Package the products securely in the original packaging, if possible, and attach the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement products to you as quickly as possible. If there are any differences in price between the original and replacement products, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
